This past weekend, MeatEater with Steven Rinella aired a special Big Game Cooking episode on The Sportsman Channel. Rinella prepared a spread of wild game appetizers perfect for Superbowl Sunday from his various adventures seen earlier in the season.
If you watched the special, then you know that he made some delicious-looking dishes:
Meatball Sliders made from Alaskan Dall Sheep, Polish Kielbasa made from Alaskan Caribou, and
West Texas Javelina Kimchi Tacos.
And when it came time to prepare these dishes, he was sure to use the best in home game processing equipment - Weston. Steven used our
Pro 2300 Vacuum Sealer to marinate his Javelina overnight, our
Commercial Grade Electric Meat Grinder and
Vertical Sausage Stuffer to prep his Caribou Sausage and then our
Stainless Steel Propane Smoker to smoke it. And when he prepared his meatball sliders last, Steven used our
Commercial Meat Grinder again to make the perfect meatball mix.
Here are a couple of Steven's Recipes:
