Are you tired of the same old cranberry sauce? My recipe for Cranberry Chutney puts a new twist on an old classic. Dried fruits, cider vinegar, and of course, cranberries make a chutney that pairs well with any turkey.
It doesn't take long to make and its easy to store, so with just a few days left until Turkey Day, you can make the chutney now, vacuum seal it, and store it in the fridge until Thursday, or you can make it a half hour before dinnertime Thursday and serve it warm. I like my chutney chilled, but it's excellent warm as well.
And don't forget to put some aside for next week's leftover recipes.
