Turkey Day with a Twist: Apple Sausage Stuffing with a Weston Multi-Chopper

Next week I'm making an Applewood Smoked Turkey and I wanted to make a stuffing to accompany it ahead of time.

I cubed and toasted ciabatta bread on a Weston Baking Mat, cored and chopped red delicious apples with a Weston Multi-Chopper, and mixed them with the leftover Italian Sausage from Novemberfest, herbs & spices crushed with a Weston Multi-Seed Grinder, and onions chopped with the Weston Multi-Chopper.

A handy tool this time of year is a Weston Vacuum Sealer. I'm vacuum sealing all of my dishes this week to save myself some time for next week while still keeping them fresh.
