When you prepare your lamb this Easter, be sure to set aside the shoulder for sausage making. With a Weston Meat Grinder, Sausage Stuffer, and Smoker, your Easter lamb extras can be made into a smoky, flavorsome lamb sausage. For this recipe, we used the Weston #22 Commercial Grade Electric Grinder, Weston 11 lb.
