4 pickling cucumbers (whole or sliced, however you prefer)
2 cups water
2 tablespoons kosher salt
2 cups white vinegar
1/4 cup sriracha sauce
1/2 cup cilantro leaves
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Boil water and salt until dissolved, then cool. Place all ingredients into a
Weston Vacuum Sealer Canister and connect to your Weston or
Realtree Vacuum Sealer, then press the accessory button. Once sealed, place the canister into your refrigerator.
After 18 hours, you may enjoy these deliciously spicy pickles. You can also eat one or two, reseal, refrigerate, and repeat as often as you like!
