You'd be surprised how amazingly good spinach can be when you lightly season it and dry it in a Weston Dehydrator.
- Ingredients -
1 cup spinach leaves, stems removed
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon oregano

Weston Dehydrator
Toss spinach leaves with olive oil, then sprinkle with seasonings. Toss again to coat.
Dehydrate in a
Weston Dehydrator for about 3 hours, or until crispy.
