Spicy Sesame Kale Chips with a Weston Dehydrator


This recipe couldn't get much simpler: take fresh kale, season it, 
put it in your dehydrator for two hours. 

Makes 2 cups of chips

- Ingredients -
one quart of kale (a couple handfuls), ripped into smaller pieces
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper

- Tools -
Weston Dehydrator


Toss the kale with the olive oil to coat. Sprinkle in the remaining seasonings as you toss.


Place the kale onto the dehydrator trays and turn your dehydrator on. 


After two hours, you have awesomely crisp kale chips!
