Rosemary Red Home Fries


Red potatoes perfectly diced with the Weston French Fry Cutter and Vegetable Dicer and skillet-fried with olive oil, sea salt and rosemary. These home fries with a little twist make for an excellent accompaniment to your breakfast or suppertime dishes. 

- Ingredients -
6 red-skin potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon crushed rosemary leaves
1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons sea salt

Use the Weston French Fry Cutter & Vegetable Dicer to slice the red potatoes, cutting with a knife as you go. This will make for perfectly diced home fries.

Place a cast iron skillet over high heat and pour in the olive oil. Mix together rosemary, black pepper, and sea salt and sprinkle some of it into the bottom of the skillet. Layer the potatoes into the skillet, seasoning as you go. Lower the heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes, then use a spatula to flip the potatoes. The top layer should now be browned and a little crispy. Cook an additional 5 minutes, flip again, and remove from heat. Serve hot.
