Place all ingredients for the pepperoni patties into your
Weston Manual Food Grinder with the coarse grinding plate inserted. Turn the handle to grind the meat and seasonings together.
Place about 2 tablespoons of meat into each slot of the
Weston Mini Burger Press, then press to form slider patties. You can use
Weston Patty Paper to keep the patties separated.
When you have all of your patties, place them on the grill or in a skillet and cook until to your preferred temperature. Melt mozzarella cheese on top and serve on garlic knots with tomato sauce.
