These wrappers are a pretty cool substitute to the tortilla or lettuce wrap. We like them for pork tacos or spring rolls. We used our Manual Kitchen Kit to make a puree from our ingredients, then dehydrated it in a Weston Dehydrator. The result is a sweet and savory fruit leather durable enough to hold meats, veggies, and whatever other ingredients you can think of - get creative!

Weston Food Dehydrator
Use the thin grating attachment on the
Weston Manual Kitchen Kit to zest your limes. Insert the chopping attachment into the Weston Manual Kitchen Kit, then place remaining ingredients into the container. Turn the handle to chop into a fine puree.
Lay parchment paper over two of your Weston Dehydrator racks, then spread a layer of the puree over each rack. Turn your
Weston Food Dehydrator to 155, insert racks, and dehydrate for 12 hours.
