Ingredients

Makes about a quart

  • 8 vine ripe tomatoes
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 handful of fresh cilantro
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Quarter your tomatoes, then use your Weston Tomato Strainer to process them into a salsa consistency.

2. Quarter your peppers and onion, then place them into the Weston Manual Kitchen Kit with the chopper inserted.

3. Place the cilantro into the kit as well, then turn the handle to chop.

4. Mix the tomato salsa with the ingredients from the chopper, sprinkle in salt, then serve with tortilla chips.
