Recipe - Late Summer Salsa

Makes about a quart

  • 8 vine ripe tomatoes
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1 handful of fresh cilantro
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt


1. Quarter your tomatoes, then use your Weston Tomato Strainer to process them into a salsa consistency.

2. Quarter your peppers and onion, then dice them small.

3. Roughly chop the cilantro.

4. Mix the tomato salsa with the ingredients from the chopper, sprinkle in salt, then serve with tortilla chips.
