Use the Jerky Slicer Blade Set to easily prepare jerky strips after tenderizing the meat. No need to hand cut all those slices to make jerky - let the 32 Stainless steel blades slice even the toughest meats up to 1 1/4" (3.2cm) thick. Easily turn your meat into 15 strips of 1/4" (6.38mm) slices to prepare for marinating and drying. This blade set fits two styles of Manual Cuber/Tenderizers, sold separately (item 07-3101-W-A and item 07-4101-W-A).
