This stainless steel grinding knife is a replacement for the Weston #8 Pro and Butcher Series Commercial Grade Meat Grinder (08-0801, 08-0801-W, 09-0801-W, 10-0801-W).
Not compatible with other Weston #8 electric household meat grinders (33-0801-RT, 33-0201-RT, 33-0201-W, or 33-0101-W, 33-1201-W) nor the manual grinder (36-0801-W).
