Time for something a little different?
Pick up a Butternut Squash and a Weston French Fry Cutter.
Makes 2-4 servings
- Ingredients -
one butternut squash
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Weston Baking Mat
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Wrap the squash in a damp paper towel and microwave for two minutes or until softened (but not mushy). Trim the squash to fit into the
French Fry Cutter. Use the cutter to slice your squash into perfect pieces.
Place them into a large mixing bowl with the coconut oil and toss well to coat. Place the fries onto a
Weston Baking Mat over a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until crisp. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
