Burgers & Fries: Who Needs Idaho?

You don't need spuds to make tasty fries. Since I showed you two non-traditional ways to make burgers this week, it's only fair that I provide you with the way to make fries that measure up to these burgers.

You can eat Sweet Potato Fries and Zucchini Fries with any meal, but I like them best with my Wild Blueberry Burgers and Southwest Black Bean Burgers.

To ensure that my fries were all that they could be, I used a Weston French Fry Cutter. They came out flawlessly. And it was all downhill from there. I seasoned them, threw them on a Weston Baking Mat in the oven, and whipped up some dipping sauces. Sorry Idaho, better luck next time.
