To ensure that my fries were all that they could be, I used a Weston French Fry Cutter. They came out flawlessly. And it was all downhill from there. I seasoned them, threw them on a Weston Baking Mat in the oven, and whipped up some dipping sauces. Sorry Idaho, better luck next time.
