Makes 8 mini burgers

Buffalo Sliders
2 lbs chicken, cubed
1/2 cup Frank's Buffalo Sauce
1/4 cup Feta cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons coarse black pepper
Bleu Celery Slaw4 stalks celery
2 carrots, peeled
1/4 cup bleu cheese
Peppercorn ranch
8 slider buns

Prepare your slaw first. Use a
Weston V-Slice Mandoline with the shredding plate to shred your carrots. Remove the shredding plate and lock in the straight slicing plate. Thinly slice your celery.
Mix carrots and celery with bleu cheese, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Grind the chicken in a
Weston Manual Food Grinder (or
Weston Meat Grinder). Mix chicken with remaining ingredients.
Use a
Weston Mini Burger Press to press your chicken mixture into little patties.
Grill, then serve on slider buns with celery slaw and a small dollop of peppercorn ranch.
